Every search uses 1 credit, whether it is an email, phone, username or any other type. Deep search, which follows a search's findings across dozens of sites, uses 5. If it finds nothing new, the 5 credits come back.
Yes, when the sources answered and there was nothing on that data. If a search comes back empty because the sources failed, the credit goes back to your balance.
No. Each renewal resets your balance to the plan's allowance: 30, 100 or 300 credits. Whatever is left over does not carry into the next month.
Go by how many searches you run. Starter gives you 30 a month, about one a day. Intermediate gives 100, about three a day, and Advanced gives 300, about ten a day. AI dossiers scale with them: 1, 10 and 50 a day.
PIX, available in Brazil, does not renew on its own: each payment unlocks 30 days of the plan. To keep going, pay again. If you don't, the account goes back to the free plan when the 30 days end.
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard or the payment portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
For purchases in Brazil, yes: a 7-day right of withdrawal (Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code), refunded proportionally to unused credits. Credits already consumed are non-refundable. Outside Brazil there is no withdrawal period unless local law requires it.
